This Privacy Policy explains how Runhooks ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our webhook scheduling service ("Service"), including the website, API, and CLI.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Usage data

We collect data about how you use the Service, including: job configurations (cron expressions, target URLs, headers), execution logs (timestamps, HTTP status codes, response times), and API call metadata.

Payment information

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the merchant of record. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment method details. Paddle's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data: paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Automatically collected information

Our servers automatically log standard request information (IP address, browser type, referring page) when you access the website. We do not use third-party analytics services or tracking cookies.

• Authenticate your identity and secure your account

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Job execution logs are retained according to your plan's retention period (see our pricing page). After account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Export your job configurations and execution data

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
