Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Runhooks service ("Service"), including via the website, API, or command-line interface (CLI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Runhooks is a webhook scheduling platform that allows users to create, manage, and monitor scheduled HTTP requests (webhooks). The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account. You may also use limited features without an account via the CLI. In either case, you are responsible for all activity under your account or API key. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly at support@runhooks.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send requests to endpoints you do not own or have authorization to call
• Transmit malicious content, malware, or spam
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the merchant of record. Your billing relationship for payment processing is with Paddle, and their terms apply to payment transactions.

Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service Availability and Warranty

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and performance of the Service. We warrant that the Service will perform materially as described in our documentation.

However, the Service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party service failures may affect availability. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations beyond what is described in our documentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runhooks' total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Runhooks in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Runhooks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether Runhooks was advised of their possibility.

10. Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (webhook configurations, URLs, headers, etc.). We do not claim ownership over your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
