Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Runhooks. If you're not happy with your subscription, this policy explains your options for cancellation and refunds.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. No refunds are issued once a billing period has begun. You may cancel your monthly plan at any time, and your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. The following refund terms apply:
- Within 30 Days of Purchase or Renewal — if you cancel within 30 days of your initial annual purchase or any annual renewal, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year.
- After 30 Days — no refunds are issued more than 30 days after purchase or renewal. You may still cancel, and access continues until the end of the annual billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund or cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Email us at support@runhooks.app with your account email and reason for cancellation.
- Cancel directly from your dashboard by navigating to Settings > Manage Billing.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:
- If a chargeback or payment dispute has been filed with your bank or card issuer.
- If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
